About the role

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking two Welfare Benefits Caseworkers to join our team - 1 x Permanent and 1 Fixed term to 31/03/2027 . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist welfare benefits advice and support, helping people understand their rights, maximise their income and access the financial support they are entitled to.

Working across Sandwell and Walsall, you’ll deliver high-quality, client-centred advice and casework, supporting clients with benefit applications, mandatory reconsiderations and appeals. By providing advocacy and tailored support in community venues and outreach locations, you’ll help improve financial resilience and make a lasting difference to people’s lives.
