Weekend Duty Manager
Working hours: 14 hours per month (1 weekend), with opportunities for additional hours to support holiday and sickness cover
Salary: £2,562.00 per annum, (£27,755.00 full-time equivalent) subject to experience and qualifications

ROLE DUTIES
- Work with the General Manager to ensure the House offers a place of welcome and hospitality for its guests, including welcoming guests and handling queries.
- Function as Duty Manager in the absence of the General Manager with full operational responsibility for staff supervision, health and safety, safeguarding, locking/unlocking the House, and the effective operation of the House for these shifts.
- To ensure up to date knowledge of all applicable processes and regulations including but not limited to health and safety, fire safety, first aid, food hygiene.
- Assisting with daily management of guests, working closely with the housekeeping and kitchen teams, including assisting in these areas if needed

- Able to respond to diverse needs and multiple priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; diplomatic but assertive when needed.
- Collaborative: willing and able to work as a member of a team and support colleagues to achieve their objectives
