Business Growth, Sales & Marketing Leadership • Drive wedding and events revenue growth, enquiry conversion and yield • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to increase bookings • Lead on enquiry management and oversee the full sales journey from first contact to confirmation • Work with the marketing plan Director of Operations to develop and execute a targeted • • Champion Ufton’s digital presence, including social media, website content and online listings Identify new commercial opportunities, partnerships and promotional channels • Analyse booking data, trends and competitor activity to inform strategy • Gather and leverage testimonials, photography and real wedding content to strengthen brand visibility • Represent Ufton at wedding fa yres and open days 2. Client Journey & Experience • Build strong, confident relationships with couples and clients from enquiry to event day • Ensure an exceptional and emotionally intelligent client experience that drives referrals • Handle high -value or complex relationships with professionalism and commercial awareness • Maintain clear communication and accurate records 3.
