Join us as our Website & Digital Content Officer and take the lead in creating clear, compelling digital experiences across our website, email and social channels.

You’ll keep our content accurate, accessible and engaging, and play a key part in our Digital Transformation, including the launch of a brand new website.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong digital skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent user experiences. You’ll need:

  • Minimum Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience) in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.
  • Proven ability to plan, create and schedule impactful content for social media and email campaigns.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS.
  • A good understanding of basic HTML, CSS, SEO and digital accessibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and other tools to monitor and improve performance.

We ask all staff to be willing and able to attend these valuable team-building experiences which currently take place in Essex.
