In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and maintaining Anna Freud's digital presence. You'll manage website content, optimise user journeys and deliver paid digital campaigns, using data and insight to continually improve performance and ensure our online channels are engaging, accessible and effective.

  • Manage and maintain website content using our content management system (CMS), creating and updating pages, building landing pages and ensuring content is accurate, accessible and user-focused
  • Monitor website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools, identifying opportunities to improve SEO, user journeys, engagement and conversion through data-driven recommendations.
  • Champion user experience (UX), accessibility and digital best practice, supporting ongoing website improvements, testing enhancements and helping to resolve website issues.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and subject matter experts to plan, create and optimise digital content, providing advice on effective online communication and content presentation
  • Plan, deliver and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta and LinkedIn, using audience insights and campaign performance to maximise engagement and return on investment.
What you’ll bring

As the ideal candidate, you will have substantial hands-on experience managing websites and delivering digital marketing activity in a professional environment. You'll be confident taking ownership of website content, using SEO and analytics to improve performance, and planning and optimising paid social campaigns using recognised digital tools.

  • Substantial hands-on experience using content management systems (CMS) to manage and maintain websites, with confidence troubleshooting issues and ensuring content quality, accessibility and usability.
  • A strong working knowledge of SEO, user experience (UX) and accessibility best practice, with experience of improving website performance through practical optimisation.
  • Experience using GA4 and other digital analytics tools to interpret website performance, identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience planning, delivering and evaluating paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of audience targeting, optimisation and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across teams, producing high-quality digital content and managing competing priorities to agreed deadlines.

  • Examples of how you have used data and insight to improve website performance or digital campaign outcomes.

This role is suited to candidates with substantial hands-on experience managing websites and delivering digital marketing activity in a professional environment.
