Warehouse Operative
You’ll be part of a friendly and hardworking team based in our Delivery Hub, helping to keep the Estate running smoothly. No two days are the same – you’ll be receiving deliveries, moving stock, supporting other teams, and keeping the Estate clean, safe and presentable. You will play a key role in waste management, ensuring all areas are kept clear, tidy and that recycling is handled correctly to support a cleaner, greener Estate. Up to 30% of your role may involve supporting other departments across the Estate as required.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that’s okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.
- Positive, hands-on approach
- Interest in sustainability and waste management
- Good awareness (or willingness to learn) about recycling and waste segregation
- Full clean driving licence (van and experience of towing trailers is desirable)
- Fork lift licence desirable but not essential
- Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Good attention to detail andorganisation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable
- Proactive with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
