Are you friendly, welcoming, customer focused, super organised, and confident using Microsoft applications and databases? If so, you could be our new Volunteer and Learning Coordinator.
What you’ll be doing
This is a busy, hands-on, site-based role with lots of variety, where good organisation and prioritisation and the ability to work alongside colleagues really matters. In an average week you could be:
- Supporting managers to recruit and onboard volunteers
- Administering and maintaining the learning database
- Supporting colleagues with systems and tech
- Drafting the volunteer newsletter
- Setting up a training room and welcoming the trainer
- Speaking with a volunteer about a potential new role
- Hosting a volunteer event
- Producing reports
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to be a black belt in time management, able to build sustainable processes and systems to enable you to keep abreast of your responsibilities and overall be engaging, welcoming and customer focused while juggling multiple responsibilities.
