Barnardo's and Compass are working in partnership delivering the Young Health Hub (Tower Hamlets) which is a healthy child programme, commissioned by the Public Health team in Tower Hamlets council.
ECHO is the part of this contract delivered by Barnardo's - we listen to children, young people and their families to make sure their voices are heard and influence meaningful change. ECHO also provides system leadership; bringing stakeholders, children, young people, and families together to explore ways to make sure public health services meet their needs.

Many of our volunteers are young people, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the qualities, commitment and enthusiasm, and the skills, to support positive experiences for our volunteers, and to develop their knowledge and skills.
The role will also include interactions with children, young people, and families, and safeguarding them is at the core of all we do. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible and accountable, and who can apply Barnardo's policies and procedures in all areas of the role.
You will receive regular supervision and training. We have a strong culture of colleague support and a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
