The Heart of Big Church Festival!

What it means to be a part of our Volunteer Crew.

Being a volunteer at Big Church Festival is more than simply lending a hand; it’s about carrying the heart of what this festival is all about: helping people encounter Jesus and the Holy Spirit through every smile, every conversation, and every act of service.

As a volunteer, you’re part of something bigger: a movement of people who believe that joy, kindness, and faith can transform lives. You are the face of Big Church, the first hello, the helping hand, the warm presence that makes this festival feel like family.

We look for volunteers who serve with open hearts, are flexible and approachable, and who communicate with grace and positivity. Whether you’re greeting guests, helping with logistics, or praying with someone, your willingness to serve reflects the love of Christ in a tangible way. When you volunteer at Big Church, you’re not just filling a role; you’re helping create sacred moments where heaven meets earth.
