Visitor Services Assistant

The Visitor Services Assistant will play a key role in ensuring visitors receive an excellent service every day. As often the first point of contact with the Railway, they will help create a positive first impression and set visitors up for an enjoyable experience.

Responding to enquiries and providing clear and helpful information in advance of visits, they will support visitors on the day to ensure they have everything they need.

The successful candidate must be able to work effectively as part of a team, interact professionally with members of the public, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They must also be capable of managing competing priorities and be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
