Job Description

We are looking for a Visitor Experience Manager who work with colleagues and the senior leadership team to define and deliver a high-quality visitor experience. Through visible leadership you will ensure that all elements of the visitor experience meet expected customer service standards from the moment a visitor books their visit through to the completion of their time with us. You will champion accessibility and be mindful that each visitor will have different expectations, needs and requirements from their visit. Using data capture, audience surveys and observations you will track and monitor the visitor journey and take steps where necessary to make improvements to ensure that standards are always met.
