Wordsworth Grasmere (Museum , Dove Cottage, Café, and Shop )
Hours:
Flexible. Minimum commitment 7.5 hours per week. Up to 4 days
per week available (typically 7.5 hours per day).
Working pattern between 9am and 5.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday,
moving to Monday to Sunday
in July and August.
Contract type : Fixed term until 31 August 2026
Salary:
£12.71 p/h from 1 April 2026
Principal duties
– operational
• Work seamlessly across our integrated visitor operations,

Pension
D efined contribution pension scheme with the People’s Pension.
Hours
Flexible. Minimum commitment 7.5 hours per week. Up to 4 days
per week available (typically 7.5 hours per day).
Working pattern between 9am and 5.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday,
moving to Monday to Sunday in July and August.
Holidays
up to 22 days a year on a pro rata basis. If hours vary week
week, holiday will accrue in line with the hours worked. Bank
holidays may be included in this entitlement.
