Visitor Engagement Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for an Visitor Engagement Officer to join the team that sits right at the centre of the organisation. As the first point of contact for visitors, we are looking for someone that will play an important part in making sure we offer a smooth, accessible and enjoyable visitor experience, offering a warm, welcome and a consistent high standard of service.
The role will encompass a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following:

Act as the first point of contact for visitors to Nene Park Trust via phone and email, sharing responsibility for all our visitor facing inboxes (Visitor Services, Parking, Events, Nene Outdoors, and Education & Learning).

Develop strong knowledge of our website, CRM (HubSpot) and ticketing system (VisiSoft) to ensure a smooth visitor journey, efficient booking processes, and accurate reporting.

Gather and share visitor data including feedback from bookings, post-visit surveys, and face-to-face interactions to help enhance the overall visitor experience.
In addition, the ideal candidate will naturally demonstrate the following characteristics:

- Ability to work flexible hours with prior notice - this is a contract that requires work on 5 out of every 7 days.
