As an experienced Earthquake Response Manager at HelpAge International, you will lead a partner-driven humanitarian response, ensuring older people are not left behind. You will oversee programme delivery, strengthen local partner capacity, drive quality and accountability, represent HelpAge with key stakeholders, and help secure resources to maximize impact for earthquake-affected communities.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record in programme leadership, partner capacity strengthening, proposal development, quality assurance, monitoring, and donor engagement within challenging humanitarian settings. Experience working with local partners, geographically dispersed teams, and humanitarian coordination mechanisms is essential. Strong representation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a solid understanding of humanitarian principles, inclusion, and human rights, will be key to success in this role.
