URBN HR Intern (12 Month FTC)

• Provide admin support across HR, Learning & Development & Recruitment teams

• Support with the employee lifecycle (new starters, leavers, contract changes etc.)

• Complete references

• Conduct right to work checks

• Assist with creating and developing business-wide communications that captivate and engage URBN employees

• Participate in ad hoc HR, Learning & Development & Recruitment projects with the team

• Attend careers fairs to help attract talent to URBN

• Support with Assessment Centres & Work Experience Programme

• Assist the team in producing monthly reports and managing trackers

• Manage and respond to queries in the HR Inbox

• Coordinate the preparation of training courses and events (booking rooms, arranging equipment, etc.)

• Manage the HR team intranet page

• Assist with benefits admin

• Research into new, competitive rewards and benefits

• Contribute fresh, new ideas to inspire and excite our people
