Be responsible for the performance of the charity, ensuring that the charitycomplies with all legal and regulatory requirements. Act as guardians of the charity’s assets, both tangible and intangible,taking all due care over their security, deployment and properapplication. Ensure the organisation complies with its governing document and appliesits resources exclusively in pursuance of its objectives. Contribute actively to the Board of Trustees' role in giving clear strategicdirection to the organisation, setting overall policy, defining goals andsetting targets and evaluating performance against agreed targets. Safeguard the reputation and values of the organisation. Ensure effective and efficient use of the organisation’s resources. Ensure the financial stability of the organisation. Protect and manage the property of the organisation and to ensure the proper . investment of the organisation's funds.
