Triage Worker Support Officer

Lincolnshire £24,308 pro-rata per annum Part-time, 16 hours per week Flexible closing date

We are seeking a Triage Worker / Support Officer to join our Lincolnshire Sensory Service Team This role is for 16 hours per week fixed term to 31^st March 2027.

As part of the role you will:

• Working within the Lincolnshire Sensory Services Team co-working and providing support to people who are Deaf, Hearing Impaired, Sight Impaired, severely sight impaired, Deafblind or have acquired Dual Sensory Loss to facilitate opportunities to live meaningful and fulfilled lives. Providing quality services in in line with BID’s mission statement and values.
• Completing triage assessments and associated paperwork including supporting staff with inputting data from drop ins, taking referrals and completing reviews.

Key skills and experience for this role:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administration skills
• Preferred BSL Skills to Level 2 but not essential
• Great interpersonal skills,
• Be highly organised.
• Flexible to the demands of the service.
