Welcome!About Trust LinksGrowing Together community therapeutic gardens across Essex Recovery College & Healthy Mind Hub across Mid and South Essex Children, Youth & Families programmes Counselling and wellbeing support Environmental education and Eco Days Green infrastructure and nature-based solutions projects Our Growth & Finances Trust Links continues to expand sustainably, with: £3m turnover in 2025/26, including £1m capital funding for the development ofour new Canvey Island site – The Gunny. A projected £2.5m revenue budget for 2026/27. Diverse funding streams, including:           - NHS contracts          - Grant-making trusts and foundations          - Legacies          - Corporate partnerships          - Personal budgets          - Traded services          - Community and individual fundraising We have long-term contracts, a strong reserves strategy, and an experiencedFinance Manager who leads day-to-day financial operations. Our Work IncludesRole: Treasurer and Lead Trustee for Finance Reports to: Chair of Trustees Works closely with: Finance Manager, Chief Executive, Board of Trustees  Commitment: Board meetings: Every 2 months (evening, 2 hours, hybrid) Finance Sub Committee: Every 2 months (usually 90 minutes on Zoom) Monthly check-in with Finance Manager Annual Awayday Additional time for reading papers and occasional advice This is an unpaid voluntary trustee role, with reasonable expenses reimbursed.Terms of Appointment  Trustees are appointed for an initial term of three years, with the possibility ofrenewing for up to two additional threeyear terms, giving a maximum serviceperiod of 12 years. The role is voluntary and unpaid, though reasonable out-of-pocket expensesincurred while carrying out trustee duties may be reimbursed. Why Become Treasurer? This is a governance-level role providing strategic oversight - not a hands-on accounting position. Treasurer Role Summary We are looking for an experienced individual who would ideally have a formalaccountancy qualification, however we would consider candidates who candemonstrate equivalent senior financial experience.
