We’re looking for a passionate Health & Care Trainer who can deliver high‑quality, engaging and impactful training. In this role, you'll equip our people with the skills, confidence and competence they need to carry out both regulated and non‑regulated activities.

This is a dynamic role involving face‑to‑face delivery, virtual facilitation, practical assessment and coaching. If you’re motivated by developing others we’d love to hear from you.   • Delivering a variety of Health & Care training courses across Scotland—both in-person and virtually. Using best‑practice learning methods to ensure a great learner experience.
  • Assessing learners’ practical skills against national standards and providing clear, constructive feedback to support their progress.
  • Managing group dynamics, adapting delivery approaches, and using your judgment to make real‑time decisions that enhance learning.
  • Supporting the wider L&D team by sharing good practice, contributing to continuous improvement and mentoring new trainers.
  • Experience working within health and social care, and experience delivering training—particularly Moving & Assisting People.
  • Strong presentation, communication and coaching skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different learning needs.
  • Confidence using IT systems and virtual platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom for remote delivery.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage your own workload, travel across the UK and maintain professional competence.
