This is an exceptionally rare opportunity to train and achieve the highly regarded and
very transferrable competences with a successful, local Citizens Advice charity. We
want to be able to serve more of the people coming to us for help to manage life’s
problems by training and developing a full-time adviser. We will provide a
comprehensive learning programme to equip you to help local people with the full
range of advice areas (debt, benefits, employment, housing, family, immigration,
consumer). The role is based in our friendly and supportive city centre office as well
as working in our local outreach sites.

We can support the post holder to complete their Qualifying Work Experience for
SQE for up to two years.
