🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter (builders, plumbers, electricians, DIY customers)

• Process orders, payments, and returns accurately

• Provide product advice and recommend suitable materials

• Handle phone and email enquiries

• Pick and prepare orders from the warehouse

• Maintain stock levels and assist with deliveries

• Keep the counter and store area clean and organised

• Build relationships with regular trade customers

Hours – Monday to Friday - 7:30 - 16:45

28k-35k Depending on experience and age
