POSITION: TOURING STAGE MANAGER
RATE OF PAY: £631 for rehearsals / £700 for tech weeks and tour. Travel and accommodation booked and paid for by Pentabus. Daily per diems on tour. Holiday pay and Equity Pension contributions
DATES: Phase 1 (Rehearsals and Rural Tour): 21 September – 2 November 2026 (6 weeks)
Phase 2 (Upscale and Theatre Tour): 17 January – end March 2026 (11 weeks)

DESCRIPTION: Pentabus is the Nation’s Rural Theatre, we are seeking an experienced Touring Stage Manager to support our production of Birdcatcher, a new play by Laura Waldren.
Commissioned by Pentabus this inaugural production will be directed by BAFTA winning director Elle While.
Birdcatcher will preview to rural audiences in Autumn 2026 before touring to theatres across the UK Spring 2027.Birdcatcher is a Pentabus production in association with
