Role Summary
As Ticketing and Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our audience experience, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and supporting essential Box Office operations. You'll promote our brand, reflecting our mission, vision, and values with everything you do.
Working with our ticketing system, Spektrix, you'll manage customer accounts, bookings, and payments with accuracy and care, ensuring every interaction is smooth and seamless. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you support customers, agents, producers, company members, and colleagues across in-person, telephone, and email enquiries. You'll also play a key role in safeguarding customer data, handling payment information responsibly and in line with our data security procedures.
