Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations. QuayTickets is our in house primary ticket agency selling tickets for Lowry and for over 20 other cultural venues and visitor attractions across the UK.
Located within Lowry, Quaytickets is an award-winning ticketing agency at the heart of the UK’s live entertainment scene. We provide ticketing services for Lowry’s theatres, galleries, and educational workshops, as well as for over 20 clients nationwide. From theatre and opera to comedy, festivals, and immersive experiences – we help audiences access unforgettable events.
We’re currently seeking a Ticket Sales Agent to join our dynamic and fast-paced contact centre team. Based on-site at Lowry, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and processing bookings using our computerised box office systems.

• Excellent contact centre customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Confidence using computerised systems – full training will be provided.
