We are recruiting for experienced Therapeutic Group Workers
Kenward Trust has a national reputation for excellence in the field of Drug and Alcohol treatment. We are looking to recruit staff to join our Therapeutic team who can participate in the delivery of high quality, evidence-based group interventions within a residential rehabilitation setting. They will be working with a client group experiencing difficulties as a consequence of drug and alcohol misuse.
We are looking for experienced professional staff who can take a lead role in the facilitation of structured group activities, supporting individuals towards recovery, increased resilience and improved wellbeing.
The successful applicants will be able to evidence of a formally recognised training in a therapeutic discipline (minimum 400 taught hours) or are due to complete this summer.
They must have experience in facilitating groups with a minimum of one years experience in substance misuse, dual diagnosis or related field. We are ideally looking for candidates with experience of facilitating 12-step programmes and/ or the Recovery Model incorporating SMART.
Competitive starting salary depending on experience, to be discussed at interview
The role is permanent full-time working predominantly Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month (taking a day off the following week).
