Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

Brentwood School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Tennis Coach to play a key role in delivering a dynamic and inclusive tennis programme for both students and staff. Working closely with the Head of Tennis, you will help organise and lead extra-curricular teams and training sessions across all age groups and ability levels. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality coaching, contribute to the development of our Tennis Academy, and expand participation through structured sessions, competitions, and recreational play.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent coaching ability, and a passion for player development at every level. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, supporting equipment and facility management, and building positive relationships with parents through clear communication and feedback. Applicants should hold a minimum LTA Level 3 qualification, be LTA Licensed or Registered, possess a First Aid qualification, and demonstrate a flexible approach alongside a solid understanding of sports development principles.
