Tenant Wellbeing Officer
Part-Time (25 hours per week)

At Cunninghame Housing Association, we’re committed to improving lives, strengthening communities, and ensuring every tenant has the support they need to sustain their tenancy and live well. We’re now looking for a proactive, compassionate and energetic Tenant Wellbeing Officer to join us.
What you’ll do:
• Provide early intervention and tailored support to tenants at risk of tenancy breakdown.
• Complete needs assessments and create person‑centered action plans.
• Build trusted relationships through home visits, regular check‑ins and ongoing engagement.
• Link tenants with community services, health partners, training, and wellbeing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless support to tenants.
• Spot tenancy risks early — and act quickly to prevent crisis situations.
• Champion tenant empowerment and help people feel safe, confident and connected.

• A great communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to support people facing challenging circumstances.
• Highly organised with strong record‑keeping skills.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated by helping others, improving wellbeing and strengthening communities.
