We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated Registered Nurse with experience/special interest in palliative care required to work as part of the

multi-disciplinary team in our Wellbeing and Supportive Care Service.

The post holder will deliver therapeutic interventions to support and enable individuals living with a life limiting condition live to the best of their ability.
