Temporary Facilities Compliance Administrator
Acorns Children's Hospice are looking for a Facilities Compliance Administrator to provide administrative support to the Facilities & Estates compliance, system, and operational work and upcoming enhancements. This role is offered on a 3-month temporary contract.
About the Role
At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer specialist palliative care and support for children and their families across the West Midlands from our three hospices. Each hospice has specially decorated bedrooms, therapy rooms, a hydrotherapy room and dining facilities.
As Facilities Compliance Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support for the operational and compliance improvements being delivered by the Facilities & Estates team
- Populate facilities systems with asset and compliance information including manuals, certificate and commissioning paperwork
- Administration of the electronic access control system
- Making and issuing employee and volunteer access cards
- Support contractors to become familiar with systems
About You
- Previous administration experience
- IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
- Previous experience of working in a facilities environment would be advantageous

- £26,227.50 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid role - Hospice based (Walsall, Worcester and Birmingham) and home working and travel to other Acorns hospices are required
