Lead the end-to-end delivery of work packages and process improvements to achieve certification. Ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
-
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards, ensuring alignment with programme governance.
-
Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies, risks, and resource / budget planning across multiple workstreams.
-
Coordinate and facilitate key project ceremonies, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
-
Ensure project documentation, business cases, and benefits tracking are clearly defined and maintained.
-
Oversee procurement and vendor engagement where required, ensuring third-party delivery aligns with internal standards.
-
Manage testing, change, and implementation activities to ensure smooth transition into BAU.
-
Report progress into governance forums and provide clear visibility of delivery status to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience as a Project Manager initiating projects from idea to delivery.
-
Proven experience in delivering IT cyber projects (ideally within healthcare, public sector, or other regulated environments).
-
Proven experience with the delivery of cyber essentials certification or a similar industry recognised information security standard and accreditation
-
Strong understanding of technology change delivery, including systems decommissioning, infrastructure, or cyber security initiatives.

Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams (including SAs, architects, engineers, and third parties).
-
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefits tracking.
-
Experience working within Agile and Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks.
-
Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
-
Recognised project management qualification (Prince2, APM, AgilePM, or similar) preferred.
Personal Attributes
-
Pragmatic and delivery-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
