It starts with you.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Data & Integration Squad, a cross-functional team at the heart of Nuffield Health’s technology transformation. You’ll work closely with Data Engineers, Integration SMEs, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to investigate and document our current technical landscape, laying the foundation for secure, scalable upgrades across the organisation.

-
Apply foundational API knowledge to support integration design, including REST principles, JSON structures, and common patterns
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst (or similar) within transformation, integration, or infrastructure programmes (3–5 years minimum)
-
Strong experience working with systems and infrastructure, including the ability to reverse-engineer undocumented environments and map complex data flows
-
Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation, with hands-on experience in data migration and replatforming initiatives
-
Familiarity with databases, server architecture, and system integrations; confident working with architects and technical SMEs

Skilled in producing detailed data mapping documents and translating legacy logic into reusable templates and documentation

Excellent analytical and documentation skills – able to simplify complex technical environments into structured, actionable outputs
-
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
-
Experience in healthcare is advantageous but not essential
-
Confident working in a hybrid, fast-moving environment, managing ambiguity and competing priorities

We know it can be time consuming to get this information if you don’t already have it to hand, so we encourage you to start preparing this information to avoid any delays to the onboarding process.
