Team Vicar for the Dorchester Team (House for Duty – Sunday + 2 days)

Are you drawn to rural ministry? Do you enjoy ministering as part of a team?

We are seeking a colleague to join us ministering over 10 parishes in beautiful South Oxfordshire. The Team Vicar will have pastoral oversight of the parishes of Clifton Hampden and Burcot, Long with Little Wittenham and Culham.

We are seeking a priest who:
•    is a person of lively faith and prayer – who loves God and people; 
•    will lead and enable our churches in spiritual and numerical growth; 
•    will offer pastoral care to our congregations and communities; 
•    is a gifted communicator – from pulpit to primary school; 
•    can manage expectations, prioritise and make the most of the time available
