This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a full-time, stipendiary, ordained minister to work alongside deanery colleagues, lay and ordained, in shaping a new approach to team ministry in beautiful coastal area within the Witham Deanery.

We are looking for pioneering leadership from someone to join a newly formed team with particular responsibility for the parishes of Wickham Bishops with Little Braxted, Great Totham, Little Totham and Goldhanger.

What we are looking for in our Team Vicar designate:

• A missional mindset that seeks every opportunity to grow the church numerically and spiritually, working with people of all ages, particularly with families and young people
• A sensitivity to the different traditions and distinct identities of the parishes within the team while committed to collaborative team working
• A love and understanding of a multi-parish context as a ministry of both presence and place, combining creativity and innovation
• A commitment to nurturing vocations and encouraging the gifts of all
