As part of the role, you will need:

· To have overall responsibility for the leadership and co-ordination of the Wellbeing services, including the Complementary Therapy service.

· To serve as an inspirational leader and ambassador of the hospice in all interactions – both within the organisation and with external stakeholders.

· Deliver high-quality, evidence-based holistic palliative care to patients and their families, ensuring all care is provided with compassion, dignity, and respect.

· Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively by supporting a well-trained and competent workforce, with appropriate monitoring of outcomes and quality standards.

· Actively contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of clinical services across the organisation.

· Partake in the out of hours on-call rota.

· Work across the clinical services, including Hospice at Home when required, to ensure service delivery.
