We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to be based at our Larkfield Leisure Centre. This is an exciting developmental role which is ideally suited to individuals looking to progress into management within the Leisure industry. Supporting the Duty Manager with operational activities within the centre, this role will enable the successful candidate to learn key managerial skills whilst gaining in-depth practical knowledge required to operate a highly successful leisure facility.

The successful candidate will be supporting health and safety operations, driving customer service excellence and managing the Lifeguard team.

This position involves working on a shift basis including days, evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and First Aid at Work Qualification (FAW).
