About the role
Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall are looking for a Team Leader to join our team on a full time fixed term contract until 31 March 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing people, maintaining high quality services and helping colleagues reach their full potential.
You will lead, coach and support a team, creating a positive and inclusive working environment where learning and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will oversee quality standards, support training and development and ensure our services are delivered consistently and effectively. If you are an organised and supportive leader with a passion for developing others and delivering excellent services then we would love to hear from you.
