What we’re looking for – we’re seeking someone who is a confident and a proactive leader with a background in social care, passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people. They will need to be organised, resilient, and great at problem-solving, passionate about inclusion, respecting individual rights, and assisting the people we support to take control of their own lives.

- Lead and inspire a team of Support Workers to provide consistent, person-centred support.
- Build and manage staff rotas to ensure support hours meet the individual needs of the people we support.
- Oversee service quality, including regular reviews with the people we support and their circles of support.
- Recruit and supervise staff who reflect Grace Eyre’s values and commitment to inclusive practice.
- Ensure the smooth-running of 24/7 services and carry out regular audits.
- Work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins where required, as part of the rota.
- This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll work directly alongside the people we support, modelling great support and enabling independence and inclusion.
- In this role you will be working with families also so you will need to have good communication skills and prioritising tasks daily
