A good standard of general educationA/I
An appropriate relevant qualification i.e. degree in social work, care management, housing services, general management and/or related fieldA/I
A good working knowledge of the issues facing women, children and young people affected by domestic violence specifically in relation to sexual exploitation, mental health and substance misuseA/I
Relevant qualifications in safeguarding of Adults and Children for group 5/6, Safeguarding LeadA/I
A good working knowledge of trauma informed responses.A/I
Knowledge of interventions which may be used to support women with domestic violence, substance misuse, alcohol dependency and/or mental ill healthA/I
WOMEN'S AID In LUTON Evidenced experience of managing staff to deliver focused servicesA/I
relating to change for vulnerable families and of achieving defined delivery outcomes Experience of working collaboratively with other specialist and non-A/I
specialist DV service providers/agencies and representing the Organisation at stakeholder meetings Experienced in the day to day support, supervision and

Strong IT (MS Office Suite) and a board base of administrative and organisational skills and the ability to self-service Excellent understanding of isues of data protection, data sharing
protocols, client confidentiality, professional boundaries and standards of professional behaviour
Constructive problem solving and confict resolution skills
Excellent reporting skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate services and outcomes for funders reports management reports and reports to external bodies
Project Management Skils including financial/budget management
Evidence of continuing professional development and relevant qualifications/training
Assessment

hours if required. A valid driving licence with access to a car for business useV
