Teaching Assistant (Pre-Prep)
RGS Prep is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the School in September 2026. This is a full time, permanent position working 8am to 4pm.
Your role will be to help create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment so that pupils feel cared for and achieve their true potential.
Supporting the Class Teacher, your duties will include:

following the plan written by the Class Teacher;

keeping appropriate and efficient records;

supporting initiatives decided by the Head, Heads of Department and staff;

being aware of the needs of all pupils in the class;

attending regular training in order to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current support.
In return, you will receive:

Circa £24,000 per annum;

Complimentary lunch during term time;

Company pension scheme with an individual contribution of 5% and a School contribution of 10%.
