We are looking to recruit a Teacher of Psychology, Sociology & KS3 Humanities. (There is the opportunity for Head of PSHE available for the right person) This is a part time role of 0.6 (3 days per week) however, there is flexibility for the right candidate.
The purpose of the role is to deliver high-quality subject based teaching that inspires curiosity, confidence and achievement in all students. The candidate will model effective classroom practice, contribute positively to a collaborative team, and support a culture of reflective and inclusive teaching. Central to the role is a commitment to raising student engagement and attainment by removing barriers to learning and ensuring every learner is supported to reach their full potential. By building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations and embracing professional development, the post holder will play a key role in delivering an ambitious and inclusive curriculum aligned with the values and vision of NCW.
