TEACHER OF BUSINESS
Full-time or Part-time (minimum of 0.8FTE)

We have a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspiring Business Studies teacher with
outstanding subject knowledge in this excellent department. You will teach the A level Edexcel
syllabus.

About You
The ideal candidate will have energy, drive, and great ideas, whether as an experienced teacher
of  Business  Studies  or  an  able  NQT  or  talented  Business  person  wishing  to  complete  teacher
training, who can meet the demands of a thriving department and ambitious pupils.

Our teachers seek to encourage both class and individual study beyond the requirements of the
curriculum.  You will be expected to contribute to the co-curricular offerings of the department and
the  wider  life  of  the  School,  to  which  your  energy,  warmth  and  pastoral  instincts  will  lend
themselves.

Our School
Founded in 1646, Reading Blue Coat is a leading independent day school of circa 800 pupils
from ages 11 to 18. The School is located on a beautiful 46-acre campus in the village of
Sonning, just outside Reading.
