About you
This role involves:
- engaging babies, children, young people, families and community and professional partners in activities that centre their voices, lived experiences, and views, including collecting feedback, so that voices influence decisions, and
- using the community's voices to support system leadership that brings attention to the barriers and inequities faced, working collaboratively with others to improve the system and improves oral health outcomes.
We are looking for someone with:

About the role
The role is part time - 18.5 hours - with the working pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate. The service's usual business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. However, the successful applicant will be asked to demonstrate flexibility in their working pattern and hours to meet the needs of the service i.e. to attend activities, sessions, workshops or events outside of those hours.
The team are community based so the ability and flexibility to travel across Tower Hamlets, and to other locations for training or work, is essential. The post holder will be required to work independently within office or community settings.
