An exciting opportunity to join our MarComms team as a Supporter Engagement Manager on a fixedâterm basis, where youâll play a key role in shaping and strengthening our Supporter Journey and driving forward our Digital Fundraising activity.

⨠What Youâll Be Doing:
- Develop, design and implement automated marketing journeys and emails campaigns that enhance supporter engagement and retention.
- Manage the end-to-end process of fundraising event delivery through our events platform Funraisinâ, including liaising with the third-party provider.
- Stakeholder management is essential as the role will involve co-ordinating projects which require a collaborative approach
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, using data insights to refine and optimise strategies.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all digital activities are compliant with data protection and safeguarding regulations and uphold best practices in digital marketing.
đ What Weâre Looking For:
- Experience in supporter or customer journey mapping, marketing automation, or CRM-driven engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of DotDigital or similar marketing automation platforms.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse supporter behaviour and optimise journeys accordingly.
- Experience in personalisation, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement.
- A creative thinker who understands the balance between driving revenue and delivering exceptional supporter experiences.
