Contract type: Fixed-term maternity cover for up to 12 months (or until the postholder returns).
Salary: £24,784.50 FTE (£14,871)
Hours: Part time 22.5 hrs pw

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding supporter experiences? We’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Supporter Engagement Executive to join our team and help us build exceptional relationships with our donors and the public.
In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for supporters across phone, email and post providing timely, friendly and accurate responses. You'll process donations, send thankyou communications, manage supporter records and ensure every interaction leaves people feeling valued and inspired.
Working closely with colleagues across the Supporter Engagement team, you’ll help deliver campaigns, fulfil supporter journeys and maintain high quality data to support effective fundraising.

- Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Confidence using CRM systems and managing supporter data.
