Are you passionate about supporting people to live full, independent lives? We’re looking for two dedicated Support Workers (30 hours per week) to join our friendly team in Kenilworth, supporting three adults with a learning disability in a 24/7 service.

What You’ll Be Doing?
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal development
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Accompanying people on individual outings and activities
- Working as part of a team, with occasional lone working when supporting individuals separately
- Shift Patterns
Our service runs 24/7, with a variety of shifts:
- 7:00 – 15:00
- 7:30 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 22:00
- 15:00 – 20:00
- Plus sleep-in shifts (flexible – not required regularly, but occasional cover expected during annual leave)
You’ll typically work alongside another team member, as 2 staff support 3 individuals, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals
- Comfortable with lone working when needed
- Drivers preferred, but not essential
