No previous experience in care is required. We're looking for people with the right values, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to work with people. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
About the role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll support people during overnight hours, helping to maintain their wellbeing, safety and independence.
Every person we support is unique, so no two nights are exactly the same. You may be:
- Providing reassurance and emotional support throughout the night
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Completing health and wellbeing checks
- Promoting independence and choice
- Updating support records and care documentation
- Supporting with medication administration where appropriate
- Helping maintain a safe, calm and comfortable home environment
- Responding to individual support needs during the night
You'll be part of a supportive team that works together to provide high-quality, person-centred support.
