Support Worker – Residential Service (Lyndhurst)

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
£23,888 per annum
24/7 shifts including weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑ins (rota-based)

Based in our Residential Service in Lyndhurst, you’ll support individuals to live happy, healthy and independent lives — inspiring fun, creativity and confidence along the way.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support individuals to achieve their goals in health, wellbeing and independence
  • Assist with personal, social and healthcare needs while keeping accurate records
  • Work both as part of a team and independently in the community
  • Act as a keyworker for allocated individuals
  • Communicate in a way that promotes dignity, respect and choice
  • Support with day‑to‑day tasks and accessing day opportunities

What are we looking for?

  • Motivated, honest and approachable people who build positive relationships
  • A genuine desire to develop your skills and progress in care
  • Flexibility to work shifts across 24/7, including weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑ins
  • Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (desirable, not essential)
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)– in-work travel is paid
