Location: NottinghamSalary: £12.35 – £13.58 per hourHoliday: 30 days from day one (including Bank Holidays)

Posts available:

• 36 hours per week – day shifts only
• 24 hours per week – days and nights

Shifts: 7am–8pm / 8pm–7am

FitzRoy’s Residential Care Home with Nursing in Nottingham supports 13 residents with complex learning disabilities and underlying health conditions. We are looking for passionate, caring and creative Support Workers to join our friendly and established team.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care and support, tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes. No two days are the same, and flexibility is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and daily living support

• Supporting people to take part in activities and interests

• Encouraging independence, choice and control

• Working with individuals to achieve personal goals

• Supporting a healthy, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle
