Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be generally be responsible for supporting adults over 55, but also sometimes supporting the younger generation.

Most of us are mobile but some may need a little bit of physical assistance to get around our home and out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include visual and hearing impairment, autism and learning disabilities. We have a staff team who are all highly trained and familiar with supporting other with similar needs
Our Shifts: 8am to 8pm days, 8pm till 8am waking nights
Shift Requirement: Waking Nights
Contract: 1 x 24 hour contract - permanent

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting adults to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care if required
- Assist people we support getting access into the community
- Medication Administration if required
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
