About the service
We're looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals to join our established team, supporting people with complex needs to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalised care, encouragement, and practical support tailored to each individual's needs. Whether you're helping someone enjoy their favourite hobby, supporting them with daily routines, or simply being a trusted companion, no two days are the same. What stays constant is the knowledge that you've made a positive impact on someone's life.
This service supports eight adults across two adjoining homes in Finglassie (4 people in each property). Located near Glenrothes, Finglassie offers a peaceful setting while still providing convenient access to local amenities and nearby towns.
You'll be joining a well-established, experienced, and highly respected team that is committed to delivering outstanding support and helping people achieve their personal goals.
What we're looking for
- A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to support others.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in support work is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as the people we support have their own vehicles and enjoy accessing their local communities.
Hours and shift patterns
- Offering 30 hours per week and weekly relief shifts
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
